Article XIII of Hardin County Cattlemen's Association, Inc. Bylaws
Section 1.
The Executive Committee shall have charge of the management and affairs of the Association in the interim between the meetings of Association and shall have all powers and authorities to act in the membership behalf in respect to the business conduct of the affairs of the Association. Minutes shall be kept of each meeting of the Executive Committee and made available to the members of the Association.
Section 2.
The Board of Directors shall consist of representatives from the following segments of the beef cattle industry:
At Least: One director shall be a purebred producer
One director shall be a commercial producer
One director shall be an at-large producer
Section 3.
The Directors shall consist of not less than three nor more than six members.
Section 4.
The following shall also serve on the Board of Directors of the Association:
• Immediate Past President
• Chairman of each of the standing committees (Cook, Membership, Scholarship, Youth Program, Publicity/ Advertisement, Awards, Budget, Legislative and Executive)
